Annotation. Today the urgency of the problem of taxi passenger transportation in large Metropolitan areas and beyond is due to the existing market realities, which do not suit either passengers or businesses engaged in this field. In the current reality, it is difficult to ensure good quality of services, fair competition and a proper level of security. The share of aggregators is growing every year, which has significantly changed the market – most traditional dispatch services, at best, have connected to it platforms of leading companies, or have implemented their own, and many have simply closed.
