Annotation. The article examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of modern approaches to managing the efficiency of the implementation of transport services at road transport enterprises. The factors of the efficiency of the transport process in the conditions of a dynamically developing external and internal environment are identified and substantiated, a comparative analysis of the existing methods of measuring the efficiency of the transport process used in the transport industry to disclose the shortcomings and the possibility of applying to road transport enterprises is carried out. The analysis of the current state of the market of transport services in the Republic of Tajikistan and the Sughd region is carried out.
