Logistics of transportation of high-capacity containers in the universal and specialized rolling stock

Annotation. The possibility of lifting the ban on the transportation of high-capacity containers in universal rolling stock (in gondola cars) and potential effects on the transport market is considered. Concrete steps are proposed to build logistics chains of transportation that balance the interests of the infrastructure owner, carrier, cargo owners and rolling stock operators.
