We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.

In the article the study of the transport structure is considered as a factor of economic growth. Concludes that transport infrastructure is the engine of innovation development. It provides horizontal and vertical linkages among innovation actors. In particular, the main elements of infrastructure are: innovative and technological centers, business-incubators, technoparks, scientific parks and technopolises. The experience of developed countries shows that such innovative structures create favorable conditions for efficient activity and development of small innovative enterprises that implement original scientific and technical ideas by giving them the temporary use of production space, logistics, information networks, provision of research devices and equipment, providing advice on a wide range of scientific, technological, economic and legal issues.
