The services will include marketing and lease of retail premises. A.N.D Corporation, part of Safmar Group is the developer of this project. Chapman Taylor is the architect of this remarkable project.
Smolenskiy Passazh 2 shopping and business centre with the total area of 58,500 sq m consists of a Class A business-centre of 13,500 sq m and a retail part of 15,200 sq m located on Sadovoye Ring in 40 m from Smolenskaya metro station.
The grand opening of this complex is planned for April 2019. Currently the heating circuit of the building is being closed and internal finishing works are commenced.
