Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Annotation. This article proposes a unique approach to increasing the potential for joint development of supply chain participants through improved distribution and use of integration mechanisms.
Key words. Integration mechanisms, multi-level integration spiral, supply chain participant joint development planning algorithm, logistics costs, end-to-end supply chain, harmonization of partner companies' management documentation, resource sharing.
Annotation. The article presents the architecture and main interface of the digital platform for production and logistics processes of the aircraft industry cooperation, calculates the implementation cycle with key transition metrics, presents a four-phase roadmap for the implementation of the digital platform in the UAC, describes the risks and long-term social effects of the implementation.
Key words. Digital ecosystem, digitalization in the aircraft industry, UAC, manufacturing cooperation, AI/BI modules.
Annotation. The article explores the relationship between operational efficiency, measured through the execution time of key operations (subprocesses) of the services provided in the sea container transportation, and the achievement of the goals of sustainable development of the transport and logistics company. The analysis of the features of logistics services in the field of sea container transportation is carried out, typical errors are identified, which directly affect the quality of the services provided, an additional parameter of the quality of transport and logistics services is proposed, a conceptual model is presented, which includes the main aspects of sustainable development.
Key words. Sea container transportation, sustainable development, operation time, and operational efficiency.
Annotation. The article presents an approach to assessing the functioning of road transport in intermodal cargo delivery schemes through four groups of defining criteria. It proposes a systematization of a set of key performance indicators that most fully reflects the importance of road transport in intermodal transportation. The article presents the relationship between the components of effective logistics and the key performance indicators, which are divided into four groups. A fragment of the strategic map of the motor transport enterprise activity, proposed at the end of the article, can be an effective tool for the formation and adjustment of the strategic goals and objectives of the enterprise.
