Dear readers! We present to your attention the eighth issue of the magazine and its materials.
Dear readers! This is the seventh issue of LOGISTICS. By tradition, in the July issue, we publish analytical reviews from our partners – a study of the market of low-temperature warehouses in Moscow and the Moscow region from the IBC Real Estate agency and a rating of Russian transport companies by the cost of delivering bulk cargoes in 2025 from the Main Transport Internet project.
Dear readers! We are pleased to present you the sixth issue of the LOGISTICS magazine in 2025, which contains a lot of relevant materials. In the latest issue, our permanent partner COMITAS company presents an innovative solution dictated by the shortage of warehouse space and difficulties with personnel selection – the high-rise automated self-supporting "COMITAS Warehouse".
Annotation. The article discusses the concepts of «global supply chains», «supply chain sustainability», and «geopolitics» are considered. The causes and extent of disruption of supply chain sustainability are determined. The classification of the main threats to global supply chains is given. The influence of geopolitical factors on global logistics is revealed. Examples of modern geopolitical risks are given. The main directions of maintaining the sustainability of supply chains in the conditions of geopolitical upheavals are substantiated.
Annotation. The article develops a system of purchasing metrics that affects the effectiveness of the retail chain's business model. The relationship between inventory turnover and an effective retail business model is built. The main metrics that affect inventory turnover are highlighted. An algorithm for implementing a metric system in procurement logistics is described. The indicators of the metrics system in the Bonjour retail network are calculated. The normative indicators for each metric in the system are proposed.
Annotation. Modern scientific and applicable economics regard SCM creation and management as a must to enter the targeted markets and keeping relevant market competitiveness. SCM account for quality and adaptive servicing of the markets, trade-offs balanced management of flows on the basis of parties integrated in logistics landscape, thanks to IT and advanced logistics decision making.
Annotation. The article proposes an analysis of the performance indicators of a distribution center using simulation modeling on the AnyLogic platform. Particular attention is paid to the construction of block diagrams of the simulation model, as well as to conducting experiments to optimize the performance indicators of the warehouse complex.
Key words. Digital logistics, simulation, supply chain, distribution center.
Annotation. The relevance of logistic convergence is due to the changes taking place in the external and internal environment of supply chains. The article explores how logistic convergence contributes to improving the efficiency of the supply chain and possible solutions to the problems of this process.
Key words. Logistic convergence, omnichannel, multimodality, supply chain management.
Annotation. A tool for determining the structural and functional sustainability of supply chains in a logistic system for monitoring quality information in construction is proposed. Its construction is based on a double feedback of structure and function. The minimum necessary and sufficient conditions for the sustainability of supply chains of materials in a logistic system for monitoring quality information in construction are formulated.
Key words. Conditions of structural and functional sustainability, supply chain of building materials.
Annotation. The prospects of using the concept and technology of data transmission networks and the physical Internet in logistics are shown. The possibilities of using reference network models of data transmission and processing for logistics business processes of the physical Internet, in particular the OSI, TCP/IP, OLI and NOLI models, are considered. The levels of reference network models are analyzed and their adaptation to the coordination of logistics operations in multi-layered supply chains is proposed.
Annotation. The article presents the results of an analysis of several models and approaches utilizing artificial intelligence in combat zones to provide material support to troops. Additionally, the author proposes a model mechanism for providing logistical support to troops using artificial intelligence.
Key words. Logistics support, artificial intelligence, model mechanism for troop support, military logistics, modeling, forecasting, efficiency.
