Annotation. The article presents an approach to increase the operational efficiency of the transport logistics of the oil company's service division. The task of routing specialized equipment is formalized as a task of routing transport with time windows, a heterogeneous fleet and several deployment bases. A three-level decomposition of the problem is proposed: optimal assignment of crews to wells using the Hungarian algorithm, routing using the Clark-Wright heuristic method, and predictive forecasting of the duration of repairs.
Annotation. Various approaches to outsourcing logistics functions exist, but they do not allow for a full assessment of the effectiveness of outsourcing for such a specialized operation as container cargo securing. This article proposes a methodological approach that comprehensively considers the indicators necessary for outsourcing selection. Its key element is a detailed selection procedure based on expert assessments and adaptation to specific conditions.
Key words. Outsourcing, methodological approach, cost optimization, contractor selection criteria.
Annotation. The article examines the problems of the current centralized logistics model at Rostselmash – a leading Russian manufacturer of agricultural machinery. Based on an analysis of existing logistical constraints and a comparative study with competitors (CLAAS, Gomselmash, etc.), the necessity of transitioning to a decentralized supply structure is substantiated. The projected economic and operational outcomes of implementing regional hubs are described, as well as the groundwork for the next stage – logistics automation.
Annotation. This article proposes a unique approach to increasing the potential for joint development of supply chain participants through improved distribution and use of integration mechanisms.
Key words. Integration mechanisms, multi-level integration spiral, supply chain participant joint development planning algorithm, logistics costs, end-to-end supply chain, harmonization of partner companies' management documentation, resource sharing.
Annotation. The article presents the results of the study of the state of the trade sphere in the Republic of Crimea. The dynamics of the main economic indicators characterizing the state of domestic trade are determined. The main provisions in the system of state support for the development of trade activities in the region are studied. The role of wholesale and logistics centers in improving the quality of supply on the commodity market of the region is determined.
Annotation. The article discusses the concepts of «global supply chains», «supply chain sustainability», and «geopolitics» are considered. The causes and extent of disruption of supply chain sustainability are determined. The classification of the main threats to global supply chains is given. The influence of geopolitical factors on global logistics is revealed. Examples of modern geopolitical risks are given. The main directions of maintaining the sustainability of supply chains in the conditions of geopolitical upheavals are substantiated.
Annotation. The article develops a system of purchasing metrics that affects the effectiveness of the retail chain's business model. The relationship between inventory turnover and an effective retail business model is built. The main metrics that affect inventory turnover are highlighted. An algorithm for implementing a metric system in procurement logistics is described. The indicators of the metrics system in the Bonjour retail network are calculated. The normative indicators for each metric in the system are proposed.
