Dear readers! We present to your attention the fourth issue of the LOGISTICS journal. By tradition, in the April issue we summarize the results of TransRussia | SkladTech 2025. This year, the exhibition attracted a record number of exhibitors and over 30,000 visitors. Under the heading "non-economic activity", we are posting an interesting article by A.V. Efimov on the prospects for the development of non-primary non-energy exports from Russia to Vietnam.
Annotation. The article explores a promising new way to conduct international monetary transactions using the new BRICS Pay payment system, which is being developed as an alternative to Western financial infrastructures. Special emphasis is placed on the technological features of BRICS Pay. In the end, the results of the review of this transaction platform are summarized and an analytical opinion is given on the prospects for its further development in the context of the rapidly changing geopolitical situation, demonstrating its potential as an instrument of financial sovereignty and a catalyst for the transition to a new model of international settlements.

Annotation. The study examines groups of technological and socio-economic effects from the construction of high-speed highways. Based on the analysis, the effects associated with, among other things, the additional passage of freight trains on freight-intensive routes are examined.

Annotation. The article analyzes foreign and domestic experience in applying a multi-agent approach to the development of a passenger complex. An assessment is made of changes in the volume of passenger work, taking into account the development of the tourism industry by region, including transportation in the direction of the Crimean Peninsula. The state of the passenger transportation market and the logistics infrastructure of the Russian Railways passenger complex are analyzed. The main tasks and stages of development of digital and platform solutions for the South of Russia are considered. A concept for the development of digital services is proposed, taking into account the multi-agent approach to select the optimal way of transportation for passengers.

Annotation. The article provides an overview of the current state of Russian grain export logistics and assesses the prospects for its development using river transport. The author estimated the possible volumes of grain transportation by inland waterways and calculated the cost effectiveness of such transportation compared to the transportation routes currently used.
