Annotation. The article examines the history of the development of transport and other types of industrial logistics in Russia from the mid-19th century to the present day, shows the role of various types of transport in the logistics of export transportation of perishable goods during the Stolypin reforms, and reveals the features of the development of logistics during wars and peacetime.

The evolution of logistics: overview of concepts and a nine-step model

Annotation. The relevance of the research is due to the need to develop a unified understanding of the development of logistics. Propose a nine-stage model of logistics evolution, starting from its appearance in the era of mankind's transition from an appropriating economy to a producing one and up to the present, to the era of digital technologies.

The concept of technospheric security of logistics processes (by way of discussion)

Annotation. The article a method for optimizing the technospheric safety of cargo transportation through the development of safety regulations for logistics processes is proposed. A process approach, decomposition and assessment of the overall risk are applied, as a weighted average of the risks of the constituent stages.

The system of distribution of goods in the context of expanding sales

Annotation. The article defines the scientific understanding of distribution as an economic system in trade is defined, the tasks performed by distribution logistics are outlined. The author's scheme for constructing a distribution system of retail chains is compiled. The types of integration of retail chains into new markets are indicated, the advantages for retail chains, the supply of which is provided through the distribution center, are determined.

Non-traditional ways of fulfilling international trade contractual obligations as a key factor in the recovery and optimization of supply chains in the context of crisis and deglobalization

The authors analyze existing and propose new promising methods of meeting obligations, such as counter-delivery, third-party payment, debt exchange, transfer of payment obligation, and resale in transit. Features of assessing the competitiveness of transport and logistics companies in the context of digitalization

Annotation. In the context of widespread digitalization in the domestic economy and industry, it is extremely important that the updating range of services of market companies, including digital products, correspond to rapidly changing consumer preferences. The article presents approaches to assessing the competitiveness of companies in logistics markets in the context of digitalization, the basics of the formation of logistics digital platforms.

Expected operating rate and assessment of the impact of dependent components for the period 2025–2034

Annotation. The article calculates the expected financial results of operators for 1 railway car per day for the period 2025–2034, taking into account the application of the forecast operating rate and its ratio to the load on the maintenance of rolling stock. The expenses incurred by a railway car in the form of rental / lease payments and repair costs are investigated.

Problems and prospects of development of logistics of the fishing fleet

Annotation. In the article, the authors consider the issues of the historical formation of the fishing fleet of the USSR, the problems that arose in this area in the 1990s of the last century, as well as the prospects for its development in modern conditions, including the provision of serial shipbuilding and engine building.
