Annotation. The article deals with the management of material flows on the formed transport network. The classical variant of the solution of the flow problem aimed at finding the maximum flow that can be carried out through the studied transport network, taking into account its configuration, is considered. The solution of the flow problem is presented in terms of methods and models for solving problems in transport logistics management. An algorithm for solving the Ford-Fulkerson maximum flow problem is proposed, taking into account the adaptation of the developed approach to the capacity and configuration of the existing transport network.
