Annotation. The article is devoted to the main differences between automation and robotization, examples of the use of warehouse robots are given, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, an action plan is developed to prepare for warehouse robotization, the calculated characteristics of sorting by robots, conveyor and manual method are given.
