Annotation. The article analyzes the processes of customs control of goods while ensuring compliance with the prohibitions and restrictions provided for by the customs legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union. The main problems and difficulties that have a negative impact during customs control in relation to goods subject to prohibitions and restrictions are identified.
