Cycling infrastructure of Moscow: system of indicators of development monitoring

The article presents a flexible system of indicators that allow to assess and plan the development of city cycling infrastructure, obtained by Plekhanov Russian University of Economics on the basis of cyclists surveys and the study of foreign practice of monitoring the сycling infrastructure development.
