The article presents the architecture and main interface of the digital platform for production and logistics processes of the aircraft industry cooperation, calculates the implementation cycle with key transition metrics, presents a four-phase roadmap for the implementation of the digital platform in the UAC, describes the risks and long-term social effects of the implementation.
