Evaluation of the efficiency growth of retail commissioning in e-commerce warehouses using the algorithms to reduce the run of the picker and ABC-distribution of goods

The article considers the increase in the efficiency of cost optimization in production warehouses. As a result of the analysis of the methods of selecting orders at retail warehouses, a technology was developed for storing, placing and selecting orders. In case of a research of methods of solving the traveling salesman problem, the optimal one was found and applied to the solution of the optimization problem. As a result of optimizing the placement of goods using ABC-analysis and optimization of the path by solving the traveling salesman problem, a mileage reduction of 24% and an increase in efficiency selection operations of about 15%.
