Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. Operational management of materials supply in terms of dynamic intensity of their consumption

This article presents the problem of operational management of material supply, which becomes key in procurement logistics in opinion of many domestic and foreign experts. Recommendations are formulated for establishment a rational system of operational management of the delivery in modern conditions. Existing methods of preparation a calendar schedule of material supply don`t take into account the dynamism of the progress of production. It is offered the method of preparation and adjustment of supply schedule for different types of production and takes into account operational changes of consumption rate and actual delivery date.
