Often, even at the preliminary stage of the assignment, the initial information loses clarity and unambiguity due to vague wording, confusing logic, and the lack of temporal parameters and resource additions. The CMARR methodology is based on a simple and logical chain of actions, taking into account many years of experience in managing operational and strategic projects and the formulation of current tasks, and its fundamental difference from the SMART management technology.
