Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.

The first issue of the LOGISTICS journal of 2023 has been published
We present to your attention the first issue for 2023, which traditionally contains a lot of analytical materials on current trends in the logistics industry.
We discuss the current realities of the express delivery market in an interview with Ilya Yaroslavtsev, CEO of S7 Cargo and S7 Logistics express delivery service. We are talking about current trends and digitalization. The issues of the development of the Russian transport system, taking into account the impact of economic sanctions, are raised by Pyotr Kurenkov and co-authors. Prospects for the development of the Northern Sea Route are explored by Vladimir Prokhorov, Ksenia Ryumkina, Ekaterina Ivanova.
Our author Liu Zhongyao examines the conceptual foundations of smart roads, reviews the state of their development in China and gives suggestions for improving such infrastructure.
Ventra Industrial Director Olga Tonkikh talks about the personnel problem in the logistics industry, offering tools to solve it. In continuation of the topic, Veronika Tropnikova in her article talks about the personal effectiveness of an employee in the conditions of digitalization of business processes, offering directions for its growth.
Speaking of personnel. At the end of December 2022, the certification of logistics students of the 4th year of the Faculty of Economics and Business, who successfully mastered the AXELOT TMS (transport) system at the "Trainee System" level as part of the AXELOT TMS software product training course at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, took place.
