Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
We continue the theme of transport logistics, which remains the main one on the eve of the TransRussia 2019 exhibition. We remind you that our stand is D623B. We will be happy to see you!
In the fourth issue we inform about the main events of the past month. We sum up the results of the conference “Freight trucking – 2019: challenges and opportunities”. A special place in the exhibition program was allocated for discussing the passport of the project for the implementation of an automatic weight-dimensional control system.
We consider the competent optimization of logistics processes used by group of companies Prosvescheniye, with experimental plant Mikron participating in this optimisation process. Sergey Likharev, Alexander Kryuchkov and Vitaly Mironov are discussing the problems, which business faces, in the way of obtaining real economic effect from digitalization.
We are concerned with the topic of risks and insurance. We present an interview with Nadezhda Malysheva, the Portfolio Manager for cargo insurance and carrier liability of VSK Insurance House, who tells the readers how insurance can be a tool for maintaining long-term relationships with cargo owners. To continue the topic, Taras Koval, Aleksey Kozhevnikov, Ilya Smolentsev analyse the problems of theft and cargo fraud and suggest ways to solve them.
Further Natalya Lakhmetkina, Alexander Oleynikov examine the concept of a “dry port”, the prospects for the development of similar facilities in different countries. Vladimir Prokhorov, Hope Movchan, Yulia Polyakova speak on the impact of the Port of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region on the economy of the territory and Russia.
We are convinced that you will be interested in other materials presented in the latest issue of the journal.
