Dear readers! We present to your attention the eighth issue of the magazine and its materials. Traditionally, the latest issue contains a lot of analytics: we publish data from the Ricci agency on the situation in the warehouse real estate markets; we consider the taxi market from the point of view of new federal regulation and the problems faced by regional authorities in setting up operations in the light of 580-FZ; we talk about the production and export of Russian fertilizers under restrictions. 

Our authors V.V. Trapenov and S.M. Nauruzbayev devoted their article to alternative routes along the North–South corridor, which, in their opinion, will allow unloading railway sections and mastering the expected cargo flows in the direction of the MTK. 

The influence of geopolitics on the stability of global supply chains is explored by M.N. Kovalev, outlining the main directions for maintaining stable CPU operation in the face of shocks.
