About 40% of commercial premises in Yasniy residential complex in Moscow were realized since the start of sales
About 40% of commercial premises in Yasniy residential complex in Moscow, located at Kashirskoye highway, 65, in 7-minute walk from the metro station "Domodedovo" were realized by CBRE, the exclusive leasing and sales agent for the retail and commercial part since the start of sales. About 1,500 sq m of 3,598 sq m in sales.
The new residential complex Yasniy consists of three residential buildings with a total area of 180,000 sq m, including a 8,000 sq m retail part on the first floor of the complex.
