About 40% of commercial premises in Yasniy residential complex in Moscow were realized since the start of sales
About 40% of commercial premises in Yasniy residential complex in Moscow, located at Kashirskoye highway, 65, in 7-minute walk from the metro station "Domodedovo" were realized by CBRE, the exclusive leasing and sales agent for the retail and commercial part since the start of sales. Among the new participants of the project are the dental studio, cosmetology, interior studios, specialized construction shops, etc.
The price for 1 sq. m in this projects starts from 165 000 rubles per sq. m. The required budget for participation in the project starts from 15 million rubles.
