Bright Rich | CORFAC International brought a new resident to the Lensnabpechat warehouse complex
The leader of the Russian market of express delivery rented a warehouse in the Lensnabpechat warehouse complex on Parnas. The deal was accompanied by the St. Petersburg industrial and warehouse real estate department of Bright Rich | CORFAC International.
The tenant company provides a full range of transport and logistics services and delivers goods throughout Russia, as well as to the CIS and the world countries. The main warehouse of the company is located in the south of the city, the new site will become an additional customer division in the north. The tenant needed a warehouse with a ramp, as well as a convenient entrance for clients.
"Lensnabpechat" is a corporation whose initial activity direction is a sale of printing materials. In addition, the company provides safe storage services, transport services and offers warehouses at its own warehouse terminals in St. Petersburg for rent.
