CBRE reinforces its Strategic Consulting team in Russia

CBRE reinforces its Strategic Consulting team in Russia. Olga Zemtsova is appointed as Director of Strategic Consulting Department. Olga will be responsible for strategic consulting business lines well as for attraction of new projects to the company.

Olga has over 15-years’ experience in commercial real estate market. Prior to CBRE, Olga Zemtsova was Deputy Director of Strategic Consuting Department in JLL, where she worked for 12 years.

Olga Zemtsova’s professional experience includes consulting in retail as well as multi-functional real estate in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the Baltic States.

Olga has strong advisory background in managing wide range of projects in such spheres as HBU, feasibility, concept development and portfolio strategy across office, industrial and retail. She has been working with such key clients as TPS, AFI development, Kortros, Renova, KB Strelka, EBRD, IKEA, Mercury Properties and many others.
