CBRE Research Department reported the results of H1 2018 in Moscow office market
According to the report in Q2 2018 overall vacancy rate continued to decline and reached 11.6%. The volume of completions remained at a low level. Based on the plans of developers, in 2018 completions volume will be 2 times lower YoY and amount to about 215,000 sq m. At the same time, net absorption in January-June 2018 amounted to 436,000 sq m. This volume is 4 times higher compared to H1 2017.
