We are pleased to present to you the final issue of the journal in 2025 and inform you that LOGISTICS is opening a new page in its development by starting cooperation with the Crystal Growth Foundation, which means that the information saturation of the publication will change for the better. The first issue is dedicated to one of the innovative domestic developments, AI-Kantorovich, which the Crystal Growth Foundation created together with Hive Mind AI.
Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Annotation. In the article, in order to improve the quality of service for passengers on the St. Petersburg metro, increase the throughput and carrying capacity of the second line of the St. Petersburg metro, the organization of train traffic is proposed, taking into account the service of its two operational depots.
Annotation. The most important feature of the transport services market in the field of transportation of perishable goods is that it is subject to the seasonality factor. When forming a fleet of insulated vehicles, the logistics operator should, on the one hand, fully provide shippers with rolling stock throughout the season, and on the other hand, if possible, avoid forced downtime of rolling stock while waiting for loading.
Annotation. The article describes how sanctions have affected Russia's logistics system. The consequences of the imposition of sanctions in Russia are studied. New logistics routes have been explored and opportunities for creating a sustainable logistics infrastructure have been identified.
Annotation. The article analyzes the work of railway transport during the period of sanctions against Russia and made a forecast for the development of the transport industry, taking into account the problems of not only globalization, but also the regionalization of the world economy. The problems associated with the reorientation of cargo flows to the East, as well as factors affecting international logistics are considered.
Key words. Logistics, globalization, regionalization, rail transport, economics.
Annotation. The problem of planning cargo delivery to container terminals for consolidation into cargo containers is considered. The proposed models combine into a single general model orders for the delivery of shipped goods to the container terminal for subsequent shipment by railway transport and the reverse task of removing the arrived goods from the terminal and delivery to the final consignee. Algorithms for finding optimal routes and a software package implementing them are proposed. Examples are given.
Annotation. The article raises the problem of irrational use of cargo space, discusses ways to optimize it, including at the expense of small-sized goods within the established carrying capacity of the vehicle.
Annotation. The complex development of container transportation, the rapid growth of which requires solving the issues of accelerating the delivery of cargo units to the final recipient and their terminal processing, is one of the main trends in the transport market over the past few years.
Annotation. At the present time there is huge growth of water transportation for oversized and heavy cargo, including transportation of modules with using of specialized ships. This article considers the full cycle of transportation of modules as heavy cargo on sea vessels. The sequence of loadout operation with using of self-propelled modular transporter (SPMT) on the board of sea vessel is shown.
Key words. Semi-submersible vessel, SPMT, loadout, module, heavy cargo, over-dimension cargo.
Annotation. The article discusses the issues of the current state of air transport in Armenia and its prospects as one of the effective tools for the development of logistics capabilities in Armenia. The indicators of civil aviation and the main players in the air transportation market in Armenia, the role of the EAEU and the EU in the development of the republic's air transport are presented.
Key words. Air transport, air transportation, Eurasian Union, Armenia, airline.
Annotation. In this article cargo transportation, cargo terminal infrastructure, year-round navigation and prospects for the development of the Northern Sea Route are analyzed.
Key words. The Northern Sea Route, infrastructure, cargo transportation, icebreaking support for shipping.
