Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Annotation. The article provides an overview and analysis of the application of logistics and logistics approaches to the transportation of various goods in various types of communications, as well as for military operations from the time of the Phoenician state to the present day.
Annotation. The paper describes the developed technological principles of the organization of logistics of the metropolitan agglomeration and, using the example of container trains of reduced composition (Shuttle trains), technological processing schedules and the necessary track development of railway stations are given. The technological features that arise during the formation and passage of shuttle trains along railway sections with intensive commuter traffic are considered.
Annotation. In order to implement projects for the development and formation of a modern transport infrastructure system on the territory of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to develop regulatory documentation that would take into account the strategy of interaction of various modes of transport at transport hubs. The article examines the features of a real, conditionally effective and rational strategy for the interaction of rail and road transport in order to maximize the quality of services provided for the transportation of passengers in suburban traffic.
Annotation. After the events of 2022, the author analyses how new realities are affecting Russia's logistics. The restrictions are becoming tighter, and Russia continues to lead in terms of economic impact. Kaliningrad, in particular, has faced restrictions on cargo transportation, prompting the development of new logistics routes and solutions.
Key words. Kaliningrad region, Freight transportation, Transit, Logistics, Sea transportation, Railway transportation, Road transportation.
Annotation. Intermodal transport schemes for perishable goods have recently become increasingly in demand due to the high level of transportation quality and a significant reduction in the likelihood of damage to the transported perishable cargo in a closed refrigerated container. Despite the fact that several types of transport are involved in intermodal transportation, the required temperature and other parameters are set and constantly maintained in the cargo area of the transported refrigerated container throughout the entire transportation.
Annotation. The article provides overview and analysis of the key trans Eurasian overland routes: Nothern corridor going through Russia, Middle corridor through Central Asia and Caspian Sea, and some other less known roads. The article shows the current capacity of these routes, their development plans and makes judgement on their perspectives and importance for the international trade and economic development of the countries involved.
Key words. Nothern route, Middle corridor, One Belt One Road initiative, Central Asia, Trans Eurasian transport routes.
Annotation. The concepts of «sea corridor», «strait», «canal», «transit passage» are considered. The characteristics of the most important global sea corridors are given. A classification of threats and risks of ships passing through bottlenecks is proposed. A comparative analysis of sea corridors was carried out and the risk of their passage was assessed. The conclusion is substantiated that it is necessary to take into account possible risks along the route of cargo during sea transportation.
Key words. global logistics, Belarus, maritime corridor, maritime law, strait, canal, risks.
Annotation. The article discusses about new conceptual schematic and layout solutions for a railway station and an adjacent container terminal which designed to sort containers and other intermodal transport units between trains without breaking up of a trains. Additionally, there are considerations for the prospects for establishing a network of container distribution terminals and their potential impact on the loading capacity of sorting station.
Key words. Container terminal, container distribution stations, gantry crane, reachstacker, transshipping, containers sorting.
Annotation. The article analyzes the reliability of cargo delivery and the proportion of freight shipments that passed through the road infrastructure on time on the railway network. The internal and external factors influencing the fulfillment of the set delivery time in general and the factors influencing the volume of transport work in the south of Russia are analyzed.
Annotation. The article highlights the problem of identifying and evaluating factors that have a significant impact on the value of the wagon component of the freight railway tariff. An econometric modeling method is proposed as an approach to the solution. The functional dependence between the wagon component of the freight railway tariff and the components influencing the change in the wagon component of the freight railway tariff is reflected. The influence of the indicators on the operating rate of the freight railway tariff is estimated.
