Dear readers! We present to your attention the fourth issue of the LOGISTICS journal. By tradition, in the April issue we summarize the results of TransRussia | SkladTech 2025. This year, the exhibition attracted a record number of exhibitors and over 30,000 visitors. Under the heading "non-economic activity", we are posting an interesting article by A.V. Efimov on the prospects for the development of non-primary non-energy exports from Russia to Vietnam.
Annotation. The proposed article discusses the topical aspects of joint planning as the most important tool for coordinating the participants of the supply chains.
Based on the study, the authors identified the main problems of joint planning of companies at the interfunctional and interorganizational levels of coordination, considered the principles of interaction between suppliers and consumers in partnerships.

Annotation. The problems of logistics controlling as an important tool for improving the efficiency of companies – counterparties of the supply chain are considered.

This article outlines some of the key challenges facing the retail industry and explains how real-time shipping tracking digital platforms can drive collaboration between supply chain partners and turn challenges into opportunities. A conceptual approach is proposed to create a business case for a RTTV (real time transportation visibility) solution and some key recommendations regarding the best practices for this digital application.

Annotation. The article provides an overview of scientific publications on the application of Industry 4.0 technologies in logistics. The world trends of scientific research in the field of triangulation, crowdsourcing and synchro modality in supply chain management are also revealed. The research was carried out using open databases of scientific publications Scopus and eLibrary.

Annotation. Transparency of the order fulfillment process and the ability to maintain the confirmed shipment due date are important factors for most customers. However, improving these aspects of production is not possible without an innovative approach to production management and in particular to its planning. The paper analyzes the successful experience of implementing the first stage of the production supply chain planning system at VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, the world's largest titanium producer.
Annotation. Vertically integrated supply chains span key sectors of the global economy. The outbreak of COVID-19 was first detected in the city of Wuhan, China, in December 2019 and the further spread of coronavirus to more than 110 countries led to destabilization of business processes around the world. The study presents an analysis of the impact of the epidemic on global logistics networks. Recommendations are developed to increase the flexibility and sustainability of supply chains in the face of uncertainty in demand and the functional cycle.

The training element «Supply Chain Modeling» of the specialized module «Supply Chain Management» was detailed in the unified educational-methodical module program for the cycle of disciplines of the specialty «Marketing and Logistics», developed at the Gomel branch of MITSO International University.
