The eleventh issue of the LOGISTICS journal of 2019 has been published

Dear readers! We present to your attention the 11th issue of the LOGISTICS journal, in which we tried to collect the most interesting and important information, from classic supply chains to logistics innovations.

More and more of our authors devote articles to information technologies. So, Yulia Kondrashova considers the problems of digital transformation of logistics processes and the possibility to optimize the work of logistics company employees by using an online platform to automate the logistics of Cargo Net operations. Irina and Denis Pustokhins highlight the main innovative technologies used in logistics, emphasizing the need for interaction between the state and companies to achieve the goal of the economy digitalization. In this vein, an article from the S2B Group company devoted to the market of transport logistics automation services, where freight owners are offered a wide selection of IT solutions for different tasks, will be interesting. 

Sergey Delz and Anna Sinitsyna offer a non-standard approach to optimize enterprise management. The authors raise the problems of diagnosing failures in the work of transport companies and propose a methodology for balancing management processes based on a clear-cut structure of the identified failures and the subsequent determination of the problems scale. The article by Yevgeny Lebedev and Leonid Mirotin, dedicated to the need to develop the transport and communication potential of water transport in the southern region of the Russian Federation and the Krasnodar Territory, will provoke the experts' undoubted interest; the authors substantiate the relevance and effectiveness of the organization of feeder water transport, ensuring the efficiency of cargo transportation in the region.
