The analysis of the logistics efficiency of Belarus and Lithuania was carried out on the basis of the World Bank LPI index. An assessment of the state and level of development of logistics systems of neighboring countries is given. The main areas of cooperation in logistics are highlighted. Identified individual problems in the interaction of countries in this area and identified ways to solve them.
