The article argues the innovative content of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster and externally defined content-oriented transport and logistics of its functioning. It proves the necessity of inclusion of the cluster into the system of Eurasian international transport corridors. Determined the feasibility of the project KITPС analytical center engaged in system simulation evaluation of territorial, sectoral orientation and volume characteristics of the freight traffic. The necessity of joint design of transport and logistics system KITPC and similar systems of other Tatarstan agglomerations of similar and related schemes of regional development.
