Annotation. Methods of using process engineering and digital technologies are global in nature, creating new opportunities for the system transformation of transport and logistics systems (TLS). The work highlights key factors associated with managing the full life cycle (LC) of an enterprise (system), products, services, and resources, and transforming the process architecture based on an integrated approach. An introduction to the scientific and practical revolution in the field of logistics, the methodology of GERAM, as well as standards and models, focused on an integrated approach. The area of logistic activity and its boundaries in the process of maintenance and support (the group «Technical processes») are defined, which determines its engineering specificity.
