Personal efficiency of an employee as a priority of personnel training in the conditions of digitalization of business processes

Annotation. The personal effectiveness of employees ensures an increase in the effectiveness of both individual work and the activities of the entire organization. Based on the operationalization of this concept, the article suggests ways to improve the personal efficiency of employees in the conditions of digitalization of business processes.
