Platform employment in Russia and its impact on the labour market

Annotation. The article considers the specifics of using digital platforms, the consequences of their introduction in the Russian market, in particular the impact on the labour market, using Yandex as an example. The economic and legal aspects of electronic platforms are highlighted. The advantages and disadvantages of platform employment are analysed and an assessment of this type of employment is formulated. The study used comparative, logical-structural analysis, systematic approach, subject-object and dialectical methods, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of empirical data.
