On the practice of application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in logistics

When applied in practice, the General method of analysis of hierarchies by different authors difficulties achieving the required consistency value judgments for matrices of paired comparisons orders above the fourth. This article discusses two practical method for building matrixes of pairwise comparisons, allowing to resolve this problem. An illustration of practical applying for solving logistical problems is included.
