There is lot of features of determination of quality of logistic process with the systems of the satellite monitoring, to ignore that does not cost. To the number basic it is possible to take: 1) this process is not an industrial product, therefore his quality difficult enough to define; 2) properties, qualificatory quality of process, must be meaningful, first of all, for the customer; 3) the quality is not an absolute value, and therefore may be considered, depending on specific requirements, so the assessment of the quality of transportation process with the use of satellite monitoring is a comparison of the requirements and wishes of the customer with real possibilities; 4) quality means meeting the requirements and expectations of the customer at the current time.
