Unified evaluating and forecasting methodology of logistic support to implement practical environmental projects

The evaluation methodology of logistics is defined in the article. The methodology is based on example of two practical ecology projects implementation: 1) organization and development of bicycle infrastructure in the city; 2) creation and maintenance of landscape environment of the city. Method is universal as it may be used for a number of practical ecological projects implementation.
