Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Annotation. The article shows the role of transport logistics in the formation and development of the national economy is shown, the features of planning and management of freight traffic in modern conditions are revealed, the need to coordinate the interaction of various types of transport and subjects of the transport market is discussed, the stages of formation and development of political transport logistics are proposed, it is said about the need to train relevant specialists.
Annotation. The article discusses the state of logistics in the member states of the EAEU, and the main development trends in the light of new world challenges and requirements are considered. In this regard, joint projects for the training of logistics specialists in the EAEU countries are presented.

Annotation. The article describes the history of the formation, formation and development of the scientifi c and pedagogical school of polytransport logistics. The article deals with the scientifi c and pedagogical activity of Professor P.V. Kurenkov of RUT-MIIT. The review of the main stages of formation and development of the scientifi c school headed by him is given. A brief description of the research carried out by representatives of this school is given.
Annotation. The purpose of this study is to study the features of the St. Petersburg scientific school in the field of criminology, which was founded by Professor O.B. Malikov and continued by his student, Professor O.D. Pokrovskaya (St. Petersburg). The subject of scientific and applied research carried out within the framework of this school is described.
