Model of the logistic structure (Part I)

In the paper is described the formation of a mathematical model of the logistics structure. The model provides a formal representation of the state of the structure and systematization of assets. On the set of states the model makes it possible to analyze the effectiveness of past and choose the preferred options for future activities. On the model of the illustrative structure is shown the implementation of some of the practical tasks of situations assessment.

CRM-system as an element of the logistics chain in the entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of high technologies

The questions used in the supply chain, formed as part of the entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of high technologies, customer relationship management systems (CRM-systems). The expediency of application in the field of business process reengineering and CALS-technologies. The features of the formation and analysis of relational databases CRM-systems data for the logistics chains of enterprises engaged in business activities in the sphere of high technologies.

Conceptual principles for creating and investigating the transport and logistics system

The article deals with conceptual principles of transport and logistics system on the example of the Kamsky innovative territorial production cluster. The analysis current and future freight traffic passing near the cluster, international transport corridors and the characteristic of the network of the existing and future transport and logistics centers in the cluster. Defines the functions and objectives of the situational analytical center of logistics.

Evaluation of expediency of outsourcing while performing certain operations in foreign economic activity

This article discusses the factors that affect the economic efficiency of foreign trade enterprises in the delegation of certain operations to outsourcing or using only own inner resources. The author has made some conclusions according to prepared calculations under basis parameters in foreign trade, which influence on taking decision in the question “make or buy”.

The concept and content of non-commercial logistics (Part II)

In this article it tackles the issues of non-profit-making logistic activities, its concept and content. Also it treats a question about difference between non-profit-making and traditional profit-making logistics. In addition the concept of non-profit-making logistics is confirmed by real examples of providing consumers with products of industrial purpose and consumer goods.

When it is worth arguing about the logistics theory (in order of discussion)

In order of discussion the article considers the conceptual apparatus of logistics and its source postulate expressions related to incorrectness and inaccuracies. According to the author, it largely prevents from using the real possibilities of logistics and implementing its development under new conditions. And above all, it refers to the objects of logistics management and service.

The role of the Customs Service of Russia in the projects for the development of transport and logistics corridors in Eurasia

The article discusses the role of Customs Service in the development of transport and logistics corridors, prospects for the development of “Silk Road Economic Belt”, the relationships of the countries concerning the formation and construction of the infrastructure in the economic belt, participation of the Customs Services in the projects of transport corridors.

Optimization of the transport and logistics structure of a region

The article proposes method of criteria estimation of the logistics potential of the region, allowing objectively estimating the share of each region in an integrated transport and logistics system and optimizing its operation through the creation of a developed structure of logistics centers.
