Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Annotation. This article examines the existing transportation system, which faces a number of challenges related to infrastructure congestion and delays in cargo delivery speeds and deadlines. The main causes of delayed cargo delivery are analyzed, as they can lead to financial losses, legal consequences, damage to business reputation, and other negative consequences. The prospects for the use of vacuum magnetic levitation transport and its interaction with other modes of transport are discussed.
Annotation. The article discusses vehicles that use the screen effect to move at low altitude above the surface of water or land, as a promising element of the logistics infrastructure. The analysis of the technical characteristics of modern ekranoplane models, their advantages and limitations in comparison with traditional modes of transport is carried out. Special attention is paid to the integration of ekranoplanes into existing logistics chains, including infrastructural, legal and environmental aspects.
Annotation. The article analyzes the cargo transportation segment in space logistics based on a comprehensive analysis of the current state and trends of the cargo transportation market in space. The segmentation and structure of the market are investigated, including country comparisons, the main players, and types of cargo flows in kind. Special attention is paid to the costs of logistics operations in space, as well as the prospects for their optimization.
