Dear readers! We present to you a fresh issue of the magazine dedicated to current issues in the logistics industry.
Annotation. The article a comprehensive analysis of the draft law by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development on the modernisation of the postal sector is provided. Particular attention is given to the regional aspect of implementing the reform, using the example of the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania, which has a unique geographical location at the intersection of the international transport corridor «North – South».
Key words. Postal sector, digital transformation, regional development, North Ossetia, international transport corridor.
Annotation. This article examines the model groups, functional structure, structural diagram, and information exchange of a digital twin of the intra-production supply chain in aircraft manufacturing using the example of the Kazan Aviation Plant. It also describes the specification of mathematical models for the production, assembly, warehouse, and intra-plant logistics subsystems. It describes production, logistics, warehouse, economic, and strategic metrics, data quality, and analytical maturity. The market size for expanding digital twin implementation in aircraft manufacturing and the economic impact of implementation are assessed.
Key words. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, simulation modeling, load optimization, production delay forecasting, digitalization of the aircraft industry, and reduction of downtime.
Annotation. This article examines the logistical integration of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). It classifies the mechanisms and barriers involved. It proposes directions for deepening the logistical partnership among EAEU member states. It also outlines the concept of a Digital Transport System based on Industry 4.0 technologies.
Key words. Logistics integration, transport and logistics infrastructure, digitalization of logistics, international transport corridors, logistics performance index, Industry 4.0.
Annotation. The article reveals the essence of the Fleet-as-a-Service concept in the context of autonomous freight transportation, establishes its difference from leasing and freight forwarding contracts, and identifies its prerequisites. The components providing FaaS and advantages for the client and the service provider are systematized, and the result of the analysis is a business scheme of interaction between participants, revealing the architecture of interaction between the parties within the framework of the service model.
Key words. Fleet as a Service, sustainable operations, autonomous vehicles, predictive analytics, telematics systems, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence.
Annotation. This article examines the problem of increasing the reliability and safety of railway tracks by integrating artificial intelligence technologies into their maintenance systems.
Key words. Railway track, predictive maintenance, artificial intelligence, machine learning, defect prediction, infrastructure diagnostics, intelligent logistics model.
Annotation. The article considers the task of predicting the duration of a taxi ride and the time of order delivery as a special case of the task of calculating the estimated arrival time of ETA, which is of practical importance for taxi services, courier delivery and e-commerce.
Key words. Arrival time prediction, order delivery time, time features, high-cardinality categorical features, target encoding, frequency encoding, machine learning.
Annotation. The article presents an approach to increase the operational efficiency of the transport logistics of the oil company's service division. The task of routing specialized equipment is formalized as a task of routing transport with time windows, a heterogeneous fleet and several deployment bases. A three-level decomposition of the problem is proposed: optimal assignment of crews to wells using the Hungarian algorithm, routing using the Clark-Wright heuristic method, and predictive forecasting of the duration of repairs. The results of the simulation based on retrospective data confirm the effectiveness of the proposed decomposition.
Key words. Vehicle routing problem, Hungarian algorithm, oilfield services.
Annotation. The article substantiates the need for the formation of a single, strictly verified thesaurus of logistics terms as a key condition for high-quality training of specialists and effective professional communication. A working system of definitions suitable for integration into training courses and practical activities is proposed, and the role of professional discussion platforms (living thesaurus) for synchronizing the language of logistics in the Eurasian space is described.
Key words. logistics thesaurus, professional terminology, multimodal transport, intermodal transport, combined transport, transport support of logistics, conceptual apparatus, training of logisticians, digital transformation of logistics, legal regulation of transportation.
