In present article were considered groups of factors, according to opinion of the author, which influence on the process of international transportation. An assessment is made of the main existing transit routes between Turkey and Russia. The influence of the procedure for placing the order on the production at the factory for the entire further transportation process within the framework is considered. This article assesses the economic component of fuel delivery to the island of Kotelny Novosibirsk archipelago.
