Evaluation of the Product Demand Influence on the Functioning of Logistic Infrastructure Elements

Annotation. This paper examines the impact of changes in some parameters of models describing demand on the solution of the problem. It is assumed that the distribution functions of random variables describing demand are unknown, but their mathematical expectations are known. The generalized problem is posed as a discrete programming problem with nonlinear separable functions. For an approximate solution of the problem, its continuous relaxation is performed.

Advantages and disadvantages of implementing a national logistics platform in the Russian market

Annotation. The purpose of the research is to study international and Russian experience in the implementation of logistics platforms and analyze the Russian market of logistics services for the determination of the individual characteristics of the market, which need to take into account while creating a national logistics platform.

Modeling of region transport infrastructure under conditions of stochastic demand uncertainty

Annotation. In the article a model for the formation of the optimal region transport infrastructure is proposed. The model is based on the task of finding the optimal location of vehicle fleets and terminals on the basis of the formed network of distribution and sorting warehouses and the demand uncertainty on the part of goods consumers served by this warehouse infrastructure.

Logistics as a basic factor in the organization of social systems in the transport

Annotation. In the article, the concept of «logistics» as a basic factor in the organization of various systems in transport, as a philosophy of adaptive survival of complex systems, is the interconnection of individual elements with each other, thereby determining the integrity of these systems. The logistic element acts as an indivisible set of actions in the form of unbreakable mutual obligations, described by random processes with a history and consequences.
