Dear readers! We present to you the first issue of 2026, in which we have collected a number of interesting materials on issues of modern logistics.
We are pleased to present to you the final issue of the journal in 2025 and inform you that LOGISTICS is opening a new page in its development by starting cooperation with the Crystal Growth Foundation, which means that the information saturation of the publication will change for the better. The first issue is dedicated to one of the innovative domestic developments, AI-Kantorovich, which the Crystal Growth Foundation created together with Hive Mind AI.
Annotation. The article analyzes the problems that have arisen during the implementation of the import substitution policy in Russia. The dependence of leading and strategically important enterprises and industries on the supply of imported equipment, components and materials is a serious threat to national security. The article substantiates that in conditions of limited means of financing, import substitution should be given a priority controlled nature, taking into account the prospects and individual characteristics of the economy.
Annotation. The main approaches to the classification of logistics strategies are considered. The features of general and private logistics strategies are revealed. Highlighted the basic logistics strategies: minimizing total logistics costs, improving the quality of logistics services, minimizing investment in logistics infrastructure, the strategy of logistics outsourcing. Private logistics strategies are presented.

Annotation. The article considers a system for organizing the logistics of last mile delivery based on the use of carsharing. Mobility as a service is described for the transportation of passengers and goods. The prerequisites for modern transformations in smart urban logistics are considered. Scenarios for the use of automobility as a service in last mile logistics are highlighted. The possibility of using carsharing for the delivery of the last mile is considered, as well as a structural and functional model of the automobility as a service usage processes is proposed.

According to the classification feature "employment of an individual", a two-level classification of logistics is proposed. Taking into account the proposed division of logistics into working and non-working, the conceptual provisions of logistics have been expanded, which will allow from a practical point of view to concentrate on solving logistics issues related to non-working human activities.

The article considers the main stages of development of the Arctic territories, substantiates the expediency of thoughtful logistics support for industrial and research expeditions, shows the importance of an integrated scientific approach in their development and implementation, which should include elements of logistics logistics, transportation, information support. This will contribute to more effective implementation of project tasks and increase the socio-economic development of the region.
Annotation. This article discusses the process of managing production capacities during the Great Patriotic War. Without prejudice to production, it was necessary to draw up operational plans for the phased evacuation of factories and enterprises in the European part of the USSR to the east. Shvernik Nikolai Mikhailovich, Kosygin Alexey Nikolayevich and Voznesensky Nikolay Alekseevich became the author of a large-scale logistics operation.

Annotation. Competent solutions in the field of fuel consumption control in logistics services and companies help to reduce costs, but are inevitably associated with project financing. The company's management needs to understand the main investment indicators of such projects, their nature and settlement mechanisms, which is the main subject of this article. The article can be useful for managers of transport companies, logistics services of various enterprises, students, graduate students, as well as everyone interested in this problem.
Annotation. The article describes the methods and features of transportation of agricultural raw materials and processed products from the Siberian Federal District (SFO) to foreign consumers. The article is a review of the current logistics practice of the last three years, identifies the problems of existing logistics schemes, justifies the relevance of continuing the search for new logistics solutions.
