Dear readers! We present to you the first issue of 2026, in which we have collected a number of interesting materials on issues of modern logistics.
Annotation. This article is devoted to changes in the model of interaction between participants in logistics business processes under anti-Russian economic sanctions. Based on the analysis of scientific publications on interaction models and interviews with experts in the field of logistics, a model of interaction between participants in logistics business processes is presented, which includes new participants in business processes, revision of relations with current partners, risks and a system of financial support for logistics business processes under sanctions.
Annotation. The article presents the features of the application of the logistics management information system in the yard area – Yard Management System, the organizational and economic factors of increasing the effectiveness of its management of the movement of vehicles on the territory of the enterprise are identified. An example of the functioning of the system at a manufacturing enterprise with a large yard area is considered.

Annotation. The article examines the process of introducing information technologies into transport processes. A control method is proposed by drawing up a graph of the sequence of information technology implementation in transport processes based on a relative efficiency indicator expressed in the ratio of the operation execution time.

Annotation. The article describes the management and control system for transport and logistics support of the resource-extracting complex. The stages of management and control processes are presented. A conceptual model for transport and logistics support management has been developed using the graph theory, which represents itself a basis for artificial intelligence systems.

Annotation. The article is based on a sociological study, which was carried out by means of a semi-structured questionnaire survey of entrepreneurs in the Omsk region. The study showed that representatives of transport and logistics business in the region aim to maintain their position in the market: to keep their microeconomic indicators within the parameters of the pre-crisis period and to avoid negative scenarios in the development of their business.
Annotation. The article analyzes the business process of working with container line customers. The conclusion is made about the possibility of presenting a business process in the form of a network model, with the help of which it will be possible to determine its strengths and weaknesses in a timely manner, and offer ways to optimize work with the client.
