

Dear readers! We are pleased to present to you the eleventh issue of the journal in 2025. There are a lot of relevant and useful materials in the issue, which, hopefully, will not be ignored.
Dear readers! In September the CeMAT RUSSIA exhibition was held, which showed everyone that innovations and robotics are increasingly penetrating the logistics industry. We can safely say that many technologies are tested here, and only then they go out into the world. However, it is not only CeMAT RUSSIA that demonstrates the prevalence of the digital agenda.
Dear readers! This is the ninth issue of the journal, which turned out to be very rich and diverse. Traditionally, the issue is opened by an analyst. The material by Alina Nasyrova from the Market Guide Agency, dedicated to investments in warehouse complexes in Russia, recalls the importance of developing logistics infrastructure for the integrated development of regions.
Annotation. The article discusses the main global trends in the transformation of business models of supply chain management. The focus is on an entrepreneurial approach to logistics and supply chain management through changing management business models, moving from linear to platform-based business models. It is concluded that there is a clearly insufficient level of development of business models for supply chain management, which hinders the use of new resources for economic growth and its transition to a new stage.
Annotation. The article raised the problems of diagnosing failures in the work of transport companies. The authors propose a methodology for balancing managerial processes, based on a clear structure of the identified failures and the subsequent determination of the extent of the problems. The logical chaining method is also used, which helps to establish the source of the failure group, eliminating which, in one go, the entire group of errors is corrected.

Annotation. The article shows approaches to the allocation and description of logistics processes in quality management systems. Organizational benefits based on a process approach. The principle of quality management (QMP-4) is demonstrated - a «process approach» in terms of the logistics component.

The article explores the connection between certain aspects of the sustainable development paradigm and the commercial success of business based on the example of transnational corporation (TNC) Scania. Various business cases are illustrated indicating that the field of sustainable development is growing from a common set of good wishes and socially responsible activities into business area that generates additional income.

Annotation. The article presents the author's methodology for analyzing the logistics management of an enterprise, based on a functional model for assessing overall management. It is recommended to use it for self-assessment of the level of development of logistics management at an enterprise during a logistics audit.
