At the particular article, we describe a business case of Lean system implementation for major energy company of Ukraine. Described strategic change program based on Lean instruments for 10 power plants, 30 coalmines, and 4 regional distribution companies. Provided description of key issues, solutions, and benefits of Lean implementation for group of companies. Current approach of Lean Six Sigma practical tools can be implemented in production companies of Russia and CIS with cultural specifics and production to increase production efficiency, ecology of production and safety environment.
