At the particular article, we describe a business case of Lean system implementation for major energy company of Ukraine. Described strategic change program based on Lean instruments for 10 power plants, 30 coalmines, and 4 regional distribution companies. Provided description of key issues, solutions, and benefits of Lean implementation for group of companies. Current approach of Lean Six Sigma practical tools can be implemented in production companies of Russia and CIS with cultural specifics and production to increase production efficiency, ecology of production and safety environment.
The article is devoted to use of methods in delivery and inventory management in transport companies. It is knownthat poor inventory management leads to two problems: illiquid assets and deficit. In transport companies both of these problems lead to significant costs, therefore an urgent need for developing an optimal policy of inventory management is particularly acute. The paper presents examples of inventory stocks parameters calculations based on various methods and their comparative analysis.

The article deals with the logistics as management technology in trade and industrial networking cooperation in a climate of formation of a new model of economic growth. The author analyzes the barriers to the development of logistics in trade and industrial cooperation between Russia and China. It was concluded about the insufficient development of logistics as a management technology that provides a synergistic effect on the basis of the Russian-Chinese trade and industrial cooperation.
The problem of organizing the logistics of private military companies now is urgent. The specificity of their activities allows several forms of logistical organization based on a single contract, as well as modern hybrid (network) forms of cooperation. Article shows that the private military company may be a combination of all possible forms that are outsourcing, public-private partnerships, competitive cooperation.

As part of the methodology and strategy formed of performance-based logistics (PBL) the solution to the problem of customer service on final result is relevant. Switch to PBL strategy provides a balance between the operating system readiness and costs throughout the lifecycle. Article analyses features and possible solutions of these tasks.
